Wheal Phoenix Mine, Linkinhorne, Cornwall.

An unusual specimen from the Phoenix Mine displaying zoned crystals of phosphatan olivenite to 2 mm on iron rich matrix.

The three labels that originally came with this specimen had the description as libethenite but has just been analysed as phosphatan olivenite which I am certain is very rare for this location.
