Carn Brea Mine, Redruth, Cornwall.

Quartz matrix with imprints of chalcopyrite crystals lined with elongated hexagonal crystals of chalcocite and pseudo-cubic crystals of bornite to 4mm. The chalcocite looks as though it has been alterd to bornite.

Nice old time specimen.
