A large waterworn specimen of quartz rich in wolframite from the alluvial pits at Trewint. A few shallow overgrown pits can still be see but most have been backfilled some years ago.

Sprays of blue langite crystals with minor brochantite on a limonite rich matrix.

A very good example for this mine with coverage of langite on both sides of the specimen, no damage.

Collected by David Lloyd in June 1987.
