Wheal Coates, St. Agnes, Cornwall.

A carlsbad twin crystal of orthoclase feldspar which has been richly replaced by almost black coarse cassiterite with two other twinned crystals forming a 'v' emanating from one side of the main crystal.

Excellent example of this find from Wheal Coates which was collected in the early 1800s.
